c) Products deemed to be defective may be returned for a refund or exchange of similar value. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, and customer is liable for return shipping costs.

d) Courses and coaching programs are not eligible for refund and all sales of such items are considered final.

e) CannaBotanicals’s obligations, if any, with regard to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements.

2. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) Disclaimer

All of CannaBotanicals products are under the .3% limit for THC, as required by the 2018 Farm Bill. Studies have shown that it is possible that eating hemp foods and oils can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of drug testing or screening, we recommend that you DO NOT ingest our products. Prior to consuming these products consult with your healthcare practitioner, drug screening/testing company or employer. CannaBotanicals works with suppliers who guarantee a less than or equal to 0.3% THC content.
